Jason Stradling is DocXellent’s Technical Support Manager! In this role, he manages the Technical Support Team, provides Tier 2 support, and manages our ENSUR SaaS.
Jason attended college at the University of Rochester in upstate New York and then relocated to Norwich, CT, where he has been for the last twenty years. In college, he worked in the Preservation Department of his university library, which mostly involved making boxes for books that were in poor condition but weren’t yet ready to be rebound. Before becoming a part of the DocXellent team, he worked in eDiscovery for 15 years. He started in a low-level technical role, then moved up to Data Analyst, and finally, Project Manager.
Jason’s current career path chose him when a former colleague contacted him about an opening as a Technical Support Engineer. His aptitude for solving complex problems has made him a perfect fit for the role: “I enjoy puzzles. I love diving into a problem and analyzing it to figure out what’s going wrong.”
While at DocXellent, he is happy to have had the opportunity to learn Amazon Web Services (AWS) and to take on difficult challenges, including overseeing our ENSUR SaaS service. However, his favorite part of working at DocXellent is “my coworkers. We have a great team!”
As he moves forward in his career, Jason’s primary goal is to continue to grow and improve the ENSUR SaaS and our solutions & support process. With his dedication to our customers’ and team’s success, it makes sense that Jason’s favorite inspirational quote is: “It takes less time to do a thing right than it does to explain why you did it wrong" – Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing video games, and occasionally dabbling in woodworking. With his vast knowledge of the ENSUR document management software and ENSUR SaaS, Jason is an invaluable asset to our team. We can’t wait to see the amazing things Jason accomplishes in his future at DocXellent.
