Remote OQ:  DocXellent performs your OQ scripts remotely as a Professional Services engagement

The Process: DocXellent establishes connectivity to the client (VPN or similar). The client pre-approves all the scripts to be executed DocXellent and client discuss connectivity requirements for successful remote access and completion of scripts DocXellent begins executing the scripts Some scripts require evidence of ensurMail notifications. If the client allows external email then we will create a Gmail account for the testing process, if the client does NOT allow external emails, then we will need to be provided with an internal email address
