Employee Spotlight: Christine Snitkin-Bouley – Support Coordinator and Project Manager

employee-spotlight-christine-snitkin-bouley

Christine Snitkin-Bouley is DocXellent’s Support Coordinator and Project Manager, a talented dance teacher, and a musical theater buff! She is part of our Customer Relations Team as well as the DocXellent Support Coordinator and is usually the first person our clients interact with when they send an email to Support.

Prior to working at DocXellent, Christine dabbled in a little bit of everything. Having majored in Musical Theatre with a minor in Speech in college, she was originally the owner of On-Stage Performing Arts Studio before becoming a mom. From there, she went on to be a paralegal at the largest family and criminal law firm in New London County, Connecticut. After ten years in law, Christine was ready for a change of pace. Christine’s husband, Chad, had already been working at DocXellent as the Tech Support Manager and encouraged her to interview for a job opening because he thought she would be a great fit with the team and culture of the company. Chad was right and Christine’s diverse skill set and congenial personality transitioned seamlessly with our team.

During her time at DocXellent, Christine has accomplished many things; however, she is most proud of her success in her support role and her work in ensurForms, the electronic forms module in ENSUR. She had an integral role in implementing DocXellent’s improved support process that monitors every support request from start to finish, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. She’s also an expert in the ENSUR Forms module and known around the office as “the form girl.”

When it comes to her role at DocXellent, Christine is the perfect person to handle our Customer Relations and Support process. She cites her many years in the performing arts as the reason she is so personable and easy to talk to. And since she spent years communicating with clients in her previous job as a paralegal, she is extremely compassionate and a great listener. She prides herself in making sure that our clients are taken care of expediently and values being surrounded with a team dedicated to bettering our clients’ experience: “I love our team. The people here are like family to me. I love how we all work together in the best interest of our customers. It’s a wonderful atmosphere to work in.”

Even though Christine has moved on from full-time theater work to pursue a career in technology, she does not let that stifle her creative side. She is a dance teacher and is currently in rehearsals for Matilda the Musical at Chestnut Street Playhouse in Norwich, Connecticut with her daughter! She will be playing Mrs. Wormwood and her daughter is playing Matilda. She spends the rest of her free time reading, refinishing furniture, and loves anything home décor related.

Christine is very thankful to be part of the DocXellent team and is grateful that this company has given her the ability to expand her skillset. Her dedication and eagerness to learn has made her a true asset to both our staff and customers.
