New ENSUR Document Control

Document Management Tree Gears

DocXellent, Inc., a Norwich, CT based software development company, continues to enjoy double-digit growth with the latest release of its ensur document control and quality management application. Most recently, DocXellent has outgrown its former location at 309 Otrobando Avenue in Norwich, CT and moved to a more spacious location at 257 Main Street in downtown Norwich. The new location provides additional room for growth, state-of-the-art infrastructure and redundancy.

“Our growth continues to impress me”, says Bob Sullivan, President & CEO of DocXellent.  “The need for document control in many different industries, introducing ensur to non-regulated business users and the continued growth from our existing customer base has been pushing us to expand”.  DocXellent has correspondingly expanded internally by welcoming three new team members:

Chad Bouley, Technical Support Manager – Chad has over 12 years of experience in the E-Discovery industry where he has lead a team of 11+ Data Analysts located across the U.S. Our customers will benefit greatly from his ability to solve problems and communicate the results in an accurate and timely manner.

Aleisha Jenkins, Account Manager – Aleisha combines a communications and public relations background with her most recent experience teaching at the college level, to contribute to our Sales and Customer Support teams.

Kory Iovino, Quality Assurance Specialist – Kory has a background in sports and statistical analysis, most recently with the Minnesota Twins organization.  His experience in critical problem solving and analysis is an asset to our Quality Assurance team.

“We’ve added more highly skilled team players to our development, software quality assurance and customer support groups.  I couldn’t be happier with how the new staff has melded in with our culture.” DocXellent has also found that skilled high-technology people are available in southeastern Connecticut.  Hiring local resources strengthens our commitment to our community and gives people with the skills we require the ability to stay in the area as opposed to having to move to where high tech jobs are more prevalent.
