Introducing the New DocXellent Team Members

New Faces Onboard at DocXellent

We are excited to announce the addition of three new members to DocXellent: David Conde to our Technical Support Department, and Christine Allard and Nathan Bousquet to our Customer Relations Department!

David Conde – Technical Support Engineer

David Conde

David joins DocXellent as Technical Support Engineer from New York. His primary duties include ensuring the smooth and effective operation of both Amazon Web Services cloud-hosted systems and remote systems. David’s day-to-day role consists of application and infrastructure support, working with clients to resolve Tier 1-2 issues, maintaining technical documentation, and performing upgrades of the ENSUR Document Management System with both technical and non-technical individuals. He works independently but also collaborates with internal teams (Customer Relations, Development, etc.) and external teams (Client IT groups).

After graduating from college in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology, David worked for a Retail/E-Commerce, Managed IT Service Provider, and a New York Healthcare company where he gained a solid foundation in cybersecurity with HIPAA/PCI regulations, technical standard operating procedure documentation, network and system administration with cloud/onsite infrastructure design, implementation, and support.

David enjoys reading, exercising, spending time outdoors, summer/winter sports, listening to music, learning about new software/hardware technology, and spending time with his family.

Christine Allard – Senior Consultant for Customer Relations

Christine Allard

Christine comes to DocXellent as a Senior Consultant in our Customer Relations department. She will be interfacing with our customers through project management, support, and as an ENSUR subject matter expert. After eight years of being a stay-at-home mom and part-time dance instructor, Christine returned to work in Retail Pharmacy Operations Support. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology in 2008 and has since worked primarily as a Business Systems Analyst in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including administering ENSUR for a CMO client.

In her free time, Christine likes to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, as well as crocheting, crafting, and completing home improvement projects with her husband Jeff. Christine is looking forward to working with the amazing team here at DocXellent and helping customers to get the maximum benefit from ENSUR.

Nathan Bousquet – Senior Consultant for Customer Relations

Nathan Bousquet

Nathan (Nate) has arrived at DocXellent as a Customer Relations Department Senior Consultant. In this role he will be leading new and existing client projects, ensuring that requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met, and engaging with clients to advise them on best practices for using ENSUR to support their business-specific workflows.

Nate graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and from Rhode Island College with a master’s degree in Operations Management. Nate spent 7 years building custom EDI solutions and leading a project management team before arriving at DocXellent. Nate loves to spend time with his wife, daughter, and the rest of his family. He enjoys aerial photography, spending time on the Rhode Island coast, and hiking in the White Mountains in New Hampshire. He is excited to work with both the DocXellent team and all of DocXellent’s customers!

“We are all very eager to announce the addition of David, Christine, and Nathan to our growing DocXellent team. They all come from very diverse work backgrounds, and I know that their expertise and technical knowledge will complement our existing staff, as well as be a major benefit to our clients. I can’t wait to see the fresh perspective they bring to ENSUR and DocXellent,” says President, Gary Carignan.

Welcome David, Christine, and Nathan!
